Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you try our joint support product and decide it is not the right fit for your dog, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
To claim, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief reason for your request.
You do not need to return opened or used sachets to be eligible for the guarantee. We may ask for photos or further details so we can understand your experience and continue improving our products.
90-Day Extended Guarantee

What The Guarantee Covers
Our guarantee is designed to give customers peace of mind when trying Healthy Dog Club.
It applies if:
- You purchased directly from Healthy Dog Club.
- Your claim is made within your eligible guarantee window.

- You are genuinely not satisfied with the product or feel it is not the right fit for your dog.
What The Guarantee Does Not Cover
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Orders placed outside the eligible guarantee window.
- Products not purchased directly from Healthy Dog Club.
- Repeat refund claims from the same customer or household.
- Subscription renewals where the customer did not cancel before the next order was processed.
- Personality patches, storage tins, enrichment toys, or other non-supplement items, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Change Of Mind Returns For Unused Items
For unopened and unused non-supplement items, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next order is processed.
If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, we may not be able to cancel or refund that shipment unless it falls within an eligible guarantee period.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Subscription Shipping

30-Day Subscribers receive free standard shipping on eligible subscription orders.
90-Day Subscribers receive free express shipping on eligible subscription orders.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, presales, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Express shipping is generally faster than standard shipping, but delivery timeframes may vary depending on the carrier.
Presale Orders
If your order is placed during a presale, your order will be shipped once stock has arrived and fulfilment begins. Estimated shipping timeframes will be shown on the product page or communicated by email.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to update the address or redirect the parcel.
